This June I joined up with Captain. John Conway of Conway Charters to target a prehistoric fish species that haunts the lower reaches of Florida’s Caloosahatchee River. Capt. John has spent years assisting FWC capturing Sawfish for acoustic tagging and research.

On this trip, my goal was to hook into a sawfish from my Hobie Pro Angler 14 kayak, then supply the fish for live acoustic tagging as Sawfish Researchers were standing by. Check out the episode to see what happens!
