April, 2015 kayak angler Jay Clark left the sandy beaches of Southwest Florida aboard a Hobie Pro Angler 14 fishing kayak. It was well into the night as he headed to the fishing grounds in search of migrating tarpon. In this video, he successfully hooks and lands a nearly 100lb tarpon in his kayak. The fish pulled him close to a half mile distance from where it was hooked. After a 30 minute fight, the fish was released and swam away strong.
