If you’re an avid outdoorsman, there is a good chance you’ll be using knives for harvesting fresh fish or game at some point. Not only does a razor sharp blade make your job faster and easier, it also makes it much safer.

My lovely wife purchased the Ken Onion Edition Knife sharpener for me a few Christmas’s ago. I was stoked to receive it and enjoyed putting fresh edges on every knife I could find in the house. The sharper worked great and produced a phenomenal edge, every time.

Well, as most things go in life, we get a new toy, use it frequently, then it tends to collect dust in the corner. This re-review is a follow up after a few years of use. Short point, it’s still perfect! Besides normal replacement of sharpening belts, the tool is still working as well as the day it came out of the box.
